His team Randi, Alyona and Stephanie were very helpful and seemed to go above and beyond answering all of my questions along the way via email or phone and Bobby was great over email or in the 2 or 3 video calls we did. It was a long process in my case since I was asked do provide A LOT of stuff in case I got a strict immigration officer. In the end I guess it worked since got the visa!
