E2 Visa Successfully Granted

We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.

We're thinking of loosing our investment where after interviewing over five different Attorney's and discussing my case but not getting much confidence in what should I do to get a visa and whom should we hire, I then discussed my case with Bobby who understood my case and gave me a clear understanding of how he can work and get us achieving E2-Visa.

The Right Attorney & Team for E-2 Visa

We have just been granted E-2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. Now, my family successfully move to US.

I found Mr. Chung from his website un-intentionally on May 2013. I have learnt a lot of useful visa type and related information from his website. I decided to hire him to help our family move from Thailand to US, after sending back and forward email for 1 month. After my wife and my children travelled to US with B2 visa on October 2013. Mr. Chung help my children to change status from B2 to F1, and help my wife to change status from B2 to B1, and 2 times extend B1 visa to look after my children and to find & establish proper business for E2 visa application.

10 minute E2 Approval

Spoke with 15 attorneys including Bobby and he excelled in his knowledge about immigration and visas. It took me a year to gather the paper work needed for my E2 application as the business I purchased had weak financial history.

Followed Mr Chungs advice as he was there to guide through every step. A year on, applied for the E2 and got approved.

The interview had about 5 questions over a 10 minute session which included going over to another counter to pay the fees - hence really 4 minutes I'd say (had interview guidance telephone meeting 2 days prior with Bobby).

I did not see the folder that was sent to US embassy but to me the 5 minute interview was a testimony in itself of the vast expertise and experience that Bobby has and he is my permanent future immigration attorney.

Advice to anyone out there - you won't regret choosing bBobby provided you follow his advice (after all he is the expert).

Less than 5 mintues interview and granted E2 Visa

It went smoothly as well informed by Bobby and His Staff, so many times spoke with him and his colleagues, never had any bad experience.

Fees was also decent, but their partner like CPA and Business Plan writers are making money when you refer Bobby's name as refernce; compare to w/o mentioned his name. I am grateful and thank Bobby Chung and his team for all their support and help.Thank You.

From zero to greencard with Attorney Chung

Attorney Chung has been my US immigration attorney for 5 years. After helping me secure an E2 visa (one of the most complicated visas), today I was approved for my greencard via AOS. My case was one of those a little more complicated than usual, my wife is a permanent resident and I constantly need to travel the world because of my job. Bobby has guided me through every step, with very clear and specific information on how to obtain the advance parole and he spoke directly with USCIS when I needed to expedite the AP document so I could travel for work. My expedite case was approved the same day of the call to USCIS.

In every instance Attorney Chung's actions have resulted in excellent results, with no delay or issue whatsoever on any of the applications. Bobby and his staff are readily available when you need them, very kind, and Bobby personally replies to you with plethora of useful and to the point information no matter how complex the question is.

I really like that his lists of documents to prepare and instructions are very very specific, and that his approach is always "better safe than sorry".

US immigration is a very complicated matter and Bobby and his team are always on top of the game.

Two examples from my experience with him:

1) When my E2 was approved back at the consulate a few years ago the officer told me that he was giving me a 5 years visa (instead of the standard 2) because my application and supporting documents were so well prepared. That's something you don't hear very often.

2) today when I got my greencard approved the officer, again, commented how well prepared I came to the interview. Truth is I did exactly what Bobby told me to.

Attorney Chung even help me get the greencard stamp into my passport right after the interview so I could travel back to work the same day. Again, not very common.

My overall experience with Attorney Chung has been incredible.
