A LONG JOURNEY

I am a US citizen.In 2008 I had been doing some work in China where I met and immediately fell in love with the Chinese woman who is now my wife.However,the journey between that beautiful first encounter and my eventual happy marriage was a long and difficult one.

At the time I met my current wife,"Li",I was in fact still married to an American woman.While I had been completely separated from her for a number of years,I was still a married man from a legal perspective.

Of course,I knew that I would have to divorce my wife before I could even begin to look towards a new marriage with Li,in China,which soon became my dream.Yet,at that moment,I wasnt quite ready to confront my wife with a divorce as she was still attached to me,and also feared the inevitable struggles that are a part of most divorces.

Neither,at first,was I ready to tell Li the truth about my marital state.I was only married in a legal sense,and lived alone in another part of the US from the woman I was "married" to and had no intimacy with her whatsoever.However,the law does not recognize such distinctions, and I didnt think Li would have accepted me than had she known the full truth of my circumstances.

Finding myself in such a personal and legal quandary I knew that I would need expert legal advice,and knew nothing of the complexity of the legal requirements for providing a K-1 marital visa.

We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.

The Right Attorney & Team for E-2 Visa

We have just been granted E-2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. Now, my family successfully move to US.

I found Mr. Chung from his website un-intentionally on May 2013. I have learnt a lot of useful visa type and related information from his website. I decided to hire him to help our family move from Thailand to US, after sending back and forward email for 1 month. After my wife and my children travelled to US with B2 visa on October 2013. 10 minute E2 Approval

Spoke with 15 attorneys including Bobby and he excelled in his knowledge about immigration and visas. It took me a year to gather the paper work needed for my E2 application as the business I purchased had weak financial history.

Followed Mr Chungs advice as he was there to guide through every step. A year on, applied for the E2 and got approved.

The interview had about 5 questions over a 10 minute session which included going over to another counter to pay the fees - hence really 4 minutes I'd say (had interview guidance telephone meeting 2 days prior with Bobby).

I did not see the folder that was sent to US embassy but to me the 5 minute interview was a testimony in itself of the vast expertise and experience that Bobby has and he is my permanent future immigration attorney.
