5 years E2 visa after 5 stars work from Bobby's team

I switched my case from another office to Bobby's right after speaking with him via remote consultation, at a cost that worthy every dollar. He is genuine, professional, articulate and thorough. He's got an experienced team as well, even his executive assistant Stephanie is more experienced than many lawyers with this regard. Bobby's service didn't end after the interview; he also reminded me lots of do and don'ts after visa issuance. Getting him as my attorney is one of the best decisions I've made so far.

We just obtained our E2 Treaty Trader Investment Visa. Prior to my husband finding Bobby online and watching his video and reading his reviews, I had met with and PAID 2 other lawyers. So when my husband approached me to call Bobby I was hesitant, but thought what do I have to lose. Within 2 minutes of speaking to Bobby he knew exactly what I was talking about (I had been doing a lot of research on my own at that point and knew the other 2 lawyers were out to lunch) Bobby completely took this burden off my shoulders, every piece of advise he gave my husband and I was 100% accurate, he even nailed the type of questions the immigration officer may ask. He helped me with putting together all my docs, and advised in what format would work best. He gave me some great samples to work from. We worked with attorney Ching for our immigration case and had to change our status a few times until residency was granted. This experience happened to be at very uncertain times and at a time where the laws were constantly changing and everything was put on hold. Attorney Chung and his team are one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. My brother and I (Mexican citizens) applied for the E2 Visa as business partners with a total investment of $100,000. The process from start to package submittal took us approximately 3 months. The immigration review process from package submittal to final interview took roughly 45 days. The whole process took roughly 4 months.
